RTDtoMQTT IIoT transmitter for temperature measurement

RTDtoMQTT modernizes this approach by transmitting the measured data directly to an IIoT system (MQTT broker).

RTDtoMQTT is an industrial 4-channel device for temperature measurement by resistive temperature sensors (RTD), type Pt100 or Pt1000. The measured results are published to the MQTT broker.

24-bit measuring resolution.

RTDtoMQTT is powered by an external 24 VDC and has galvanic isolation between the micro-controller part and both the external power supply and the measurement part.
Detachable terminals for RTDtoMQTT connecting to the sensors and the external power.

Built-in WEB server (configurator) for RTDtoMQTT configuration. The WEB server is accessed via a WEB browser on an external device (PC, laptop, smartphone, etc.).

  • Automatic recognition of the sensor type - Pt100 or Pt1000.
  • Three-wire connection of the sensors, cancelation of the resistance of the connecting wires.
  • Ethernet 10/100Base-T network interface.
  • Protocol - TCP/IP, UDP.

  • Working as a client of a remote MQTT broker.

  • Complete galvanic isolation between the external power supply, processor, measuring and communication parts.
